Effective December 26, 2015, our Customer Service hours are changing. Our Business Hours for Live US-Based Customer Service will be Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm US Central Time.
If you experience trouble using your phone card, and require assistance, the fastest way to get help is to call the Technical Support phone number for the phone card you are using. This phone number was included in the email when you received your virtual phone card and can also be found on your ZapTel Dashboard account.
