Getting Technical Help with Your Phone Card

“I’m having trouble with my phone card.  How do I get help?”

If you experience trouble using your phone card purchased from ZapTel, and require assistance, the fastest way to get help is to call the Technical Support phone number for the phone card you are using.

The best way to find the Technical Support phone number for your phone card is by logging into your ZapTel account online.  When you go to your account dashboard, you’ll see a quick set of details about your phone card including the PIN, available balance for rechargeable cards (non-rechargeable cards will show you the initial purchase denomination), the toll free access number, and technical support number along with links bringing you to other features and details for your phone card.

If you’ve tried to contact the carrier’s technical support but don’t feel they have resolved your issue, please contact ZapTel’s Customer Service Department at support@zaptel.com or 1-877-532-2737 and we will do what we can to work on your behalf with the carrier.
