When was the last time you had a great customer service experience? If you’re a customer of ours, we hope you say ZapTel! Our goal is to give each customer the best purchasing experience possible whether you communicate with us by phone, e-mail, feedback form, or by just placing another order with ZapTel. We do our best to assist our customers the way we’d want to be helped if we had a question or an problem that needed fixing. And best yet - we’re happy to help!
We understand that phone cards may not be the center of your world, but they can be a very important component at certain times. It’s our job to know those answers to your questions and help when you need it most.
If there’s anything about ZapTel customers seem to appreciate, it’s that we’re, well, very human. Each e-mail that’s received is personally read and addressed accordingly. Each rep who responds to a comment or answers a phone has a name and cares about helping you with your question or issue, and will work to the best of their ability to help you.
We’re kind of like that old time “mom and pop” shop you could walk in and the staff knew you by name. We can say the same for many of our customers who have returned time and again to purchase from ZapTel. Over the years, we’ve grown to know many of our customers personally and while we’ve helped them with their calling needs, they’ve helped us be a better company. It’s not every day that you come across service like that, and it’s part of our mission to keep it that way!
And here’s the thing that surprises people most sometimes - we like to hear from our customers, too! Whether you really really like something or really really don’t like something, we want to know about it. That’s the best way we can find out how to provide a better service. We take the time to listen if you take the time to talk to us.
