How to get the best phone card help when problems occur

"I called tech support for my phone card, but they didn’t help me to my satisfaction.  What do I do now?"

I never like hearing that customers have had trouble with their phone cards.  Sometimes the issue is easy to identify and fix.  Other times,  there may be more involved in getting the issue resolved which may take more problem solving on the carrier’s end.

Our first recommendation to customers is to contact the technical support for the phone card carrier.  You can find the technical support number for your phone card by logging into your ZapTel account.  The tech support number is on your dashboard with your PIN.  To see a list of technical support numbers for ZapTel phone cards, click here.

The technical support groups for the phone card carriers are not run by ZapTel.  If you find that you’re not getting helped to your satisfaction, we want to know about it!  Send us an e-mail at support@zaptel.com to let us know your experience.  Please be as detailed as possible with reporting your issue to us.  We may ask you for some additional information to make sure we fully understand the situation so when we report it to the carrier, we can be as detailed as possible.  We can then escalate the issue, follow up with you about it, and help you find an alternate solution if we’re not able to get the issue resolved for you.

We take all customer issues seriously and work to resolve them for our customers.  Many times, we’re not aware of an issue that’s going on till our customers tell us about it.  If we find that we’re getting many complaints about a phone card, we’ll review it to see if it’s still a feasible card for us to sell.  When there is an issue, we want to make sure that no other customer had the same problem.
