Severed Mediterranean Cables May Affect Phone Card Calls to Europe, Asia & Middle East

"I’ve been trying to place a call overseas since Friday, December 19th, but my calls are not connecting.  Why is this?"

If you’ve been trying to call some European, Asian, or Middle Eastern countries since Friday, December 19th and have not been able to connect, a severed cabel in the Mediteranean may be the cause.

PHONE CARD DOCTOR: Phone cards taking money off for non-connecting calls

"I just placed a call and my phone card deducted money when my call didn’t connect.  Why did this happen?  Can I get my money back?"

This is an issue that gets reported to us more so when people are calling to mobile phones outside the US.  It is much less frequent when calling to fixed landlines.

Hotmail / MSN email client Delete and Junk button confusion

Have you seen a pattern with spam and Hotmail / MSN? 

We email 15,000 customers  with email address domains anything other than or and we get zero to a handful of “spam” reports from this mailing, which we do through our mail partner Constant Contact.
