Feedback from Customers Calling to Germany

Here are a couple tips from ZapTel’s Customer Service about calling to Germany:

One great calling card to use for calling to Germany is the Oceans International, especially if you are going to use a local access number.  Because there are additional fees on this calling card, it’s best to use the Oceans International when making long phone calls frequently throughout the week.

If you’re an short-talker or infrequent caller making calls to Germany, then either the True North or Minute by Minute phone cards would give you the best value.  You would use the True North if you wanted a phone card with a local access number or the Minute by Minute if you prefer a toll free access number.
