Make your second ZapTel purchase a recharge to your existing calling card PIN

September 1st, 2008

"I’m a new customer. I want to put more money on a PIN than what’s available. Do I need to buy more than one PIN?"

All of ZapTel’s rechargeable phone cards are available in denominations that are less than the available recharge denominations. Many customers like to bulk up on the credit available on their phone card. Sometimes this can be if they are planning a trip and won’t have access to a computer to recharge. Other times it’s to set out a budget for themselves.

If you’re a first time customer and would like more credit on your PIN than what’s initially available, you do not need to purchase more than one phone card. After we confirm your first purchase with you, a second purchase can be placed to put more credit on your phone card. You can even do this while the ZapTel Customer Service Rep is still on the phone. Just ask to add more money to the card, and they can assist you with the recharge.

If you prefer to do the recharge on your own, you may do so through your online account. But don’t be surprised if you hear from one of our reps again. We may follow up with you to make sure that you intended to put more money on your PIN. Just part of the extra steps we take to ensure a safe shopping environment for you and others.

You can recharge your phone card from $20 to $100. Some cards even have $5, $10, and $15 recharge options as well. Please note that recharges of $10 and under have a small fee that will be added to the total of your order. Purchases of $15 and above are not subject to this fee.

Recharge is available on the following phone cards:
