Just some quick info about our company. ZapTel is a privately held company that was formed in 1999. Our headquarters are in a northwest suburb of Chicago, Illinois, USA .

While some companies hide details about their cards or bury the information where it cannot be found, we want you to know exactly what you’re buying before you place your purchase. Clicking on the name or image of a card will bring you to that card’s specification pages, complete with instructions on how to use the phone card, where to report issues, and how to use the features available with your card. Plus, if you do a rate search, there is a notation next to the name of the card if additional fees apply to that selection.

We’ve worked to make our site easy to use no matter what your internet proficiency. From our home page, you can search for a phone card, browse the best rates for the most searched countries, and read up on how to place a purchase. If my mom, who gets nauseous and whose palms get sweaty any time she’s on the internet, can use our site, anyone can. We also provide many pages within our store to help better educate you on phone cards in general so no matter where you choose to purchase you’ll be able to make the best choice for your calling need.

Unlike other companies that are just trying to sell their product, we hand pick the products in our store just for you. We look for the best rates we can find along with the best quality before we put a product in our store. If we find that a product is not performing to our standards, we stop carrying it.
