Do all ZapTel phone cards work from VoIP phones?

Most ZapTel phone cards will work with your internet or VoIP service, but some will not. Others have internet calling options available so you can use your phone card like a VoIP dialer without signing up for a service.

ZapTel’s phone cards supported by the carrier Excite (ET) will not work from an internet of VoIP phone. To find out if your card is supported by this carrier, click on the name or image of the card from your account dashboard and select the tab that says Instructions. This is where you will find the carrier’s name and warranties.

ZapTel carries 7 phone cards that can be used to place calls from your computer:

To use Internet Dialing you will need a broadband internet connection as well as a PC with Windows 2000 or better or a Mac with OS X 10.4 or better. In addition to a compatible computer, you will also need a microphone and speakers connected to your computer.
