Keep track of phone card calls with online call detail records

"What phone cards have call detail records available so I can keep track of my calls?"
ZapTel offers many phone cards with real time call detail records online. You can access these records through your ZapTel account. Simply log into your account with your e-mail address and password, and click on the link that says Call Detail in the blue box next to your PIN.
Most cards with this feature will give you all the information for your calls including the cost of the call. Some carriers are not able to display this information for us. For these cards, you’ll be able to see at least the date and time of calls along with where you called to and from and the length of the call.
If you have a ZapTel phone card that does not have online call detail records, I recommend that you contact the Tech Support number for the card you have purchased. Our Customer Service staff is not able to access this information for you through the carrier due to privacy regulations. In most cases, the Tech Support group for the carrier can review the records with you by phone so you can receive the information you need.
