How to make a print out of your virtual phone card

January 14th, 2008

"I know the phone card I purchase from ZapTel is virtual, but is there a way for me to print out all my card information on one page?"

Customers ask us all the time about what would be the best way to print out their phone card.  ZapTel makes this easier with more complete information than any other phone card store.

ZapTel offers a tool call Print-n-Go to print the details of your phone card.  This helpful one page print out includes a wallet sized version of your phone card, plus a summary of your card’s specifications. Even your Speed Dial shortcuts and PINzap registered numbers show up on Print-n-Go. Give it a try!

1) Log on to your ZapTel account with your e-mail address and password. This will bring you to your account dashboard.

2) Locate the gray box titled PIN Options.

3) Click on the Print-n-Go link.

A new screen will appear on your screen that will allow you to print your card details.  This is a great tool if you have a global phone card.  You can choose the access numbers for the countries you will be calling from, and they will all print out on this one page.

My best advice on this is to print out two copies, especially if you plan to travel with your phone card.  You can keep one in your purse or wallet, and if you happen to misplace it, you can always have a spare in your suitcase.

As always, if you happen to lose both copies and have access to the internet via your own computer or internet cafe, you can log on to http://www.zaptel.com/ with your e-mail address and password to view all the details of your phone card.

Using Print-n-Go is also a great way to give a ZapTel phone card as a gift.  Some customers prefer to have something physical to give as a gift instead of e-mailing the card information.  You can easily print out the ZapTel phone card you’ve purchased and put it into a greeting card if you would like to give it as a gift.

I have done this many times for friends of mine, and it has worked out very well.  Whether it was for a birthday, wishing someone well when they travel, or as a baby shower present (it really helps to have one so the parents can make calls from the hospital), the phone cards I’ve given as gifts have been much appreciated and useful for the recipient.
