Obtaining a receipt for your purchase is easy on ZapTel.com. Log in to your ZapTel account. Click on the Order History tab. Your entire order history is available on this page, including recharge transactions. Click on the row of the order you would like to see to display a detailed receipt.

ZapTel offers SpeedDial on a number of different phone cards. This self-service feature is available in your online account. The SpeedDial link appears on your Account Dashboard page next to the phone card pins that have this feature available.

Why use a local access number? To save money.
It costs us more to connect you to your phone card when you call the toll free 800 number. So if you call using one of the local access numbers, we pass the savings along to you.
